YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for the management team and the different functions regarding category performance (conventional & new products) and business-related topics such as market developments, volume, share, users, etc.
Develop data-driven concepts for the analysis and optimization of customer acquisition, including channel infrastructure, consumer activations, and programs.
Support the Finance Director in preparing key business presentations for top management on local and international levels.
Create well-founded (end-to-end) business cases for major market initiatives such as launching new product categories, acquisition and retention programs, and pricing strategies for new and conventional product categories.
Prepare volume forecasts for consumables, devices, and users, considering all internal and external factors.
Compile (market) analyses, reports, and presentations while addressing internal requirements and external data.
Work closely with internal key stakeholders and the centralized Finance Hubs.
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed studies in economics or business administration or alternative education with relevant practical experience.
At least 5-6 years of professional experience in preferably finance /finance related position, experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
Strong understanding of the business scenarios, key figures and processes in the Commercial area.
Initial experience in cross-functional projects and excellent project management skills.
High understanding of financial and commercial metrics.
Customer orientation and proactivity.
Strong communication and presentation skill towards all levels in an organization
Strong analytical skills pronounced technical understanding, and comprehension of complex relationships.
Planning and implementation strength as well as independent, result-oriented, and structured work methods.
Holistic thinking.
High interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
