THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manager Business Partner plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and multiple complex business units within the affiliate. You will lead advanced data analytics initiatives and oversee large-scale, strategic, execution, and storytelling: you’ll assess business needs, craft impactful analytics solutions, and communicate insights with clarity and influence at executive level.

 

You will lead a team of business partners and collaborate with senior stakeholders across key domains such as Brand, Commercial, Consumer, and Programs. You will work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists, translating business complexity into data-driven clarity and value creation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of business partners, driving growth and collaboration.Lead advanced analytics initiatives and large-scale data-related projects across multiple functional domains.Build and manage partnerships with senior stakeholders and business unit heads.Manage and optimize analytics products and lead cross-functional teams for project execution.Translate complex business needs into actionable analytical solutions.Collaborate with Data Analysts and Scientists to ensure data-driven recommendations.Develop data models, interactive dashboards, and strategic reporting for executive leadership.

 

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in analytics or business analysis roles.Strong skills in value realization, collaboration, influence, and strategic vision.Extensive experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), data modeling, and data warehousing.Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships at executive level.Excellent communication and storytelling skills (both technical and non-technical).Agile project delivery experience, preferably in multiple delivery cycles.Fluent in French and English.
