Position Overview: The Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics is responsible for delivering insights, developing data-driven recommendations, and supporting the organization’s day-to-day analytics and decision support needs across functional teams. Requirements: + 5+ years of data analytics and business intelligence reporting experience + Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. High school diploma or GED required. + Demonstrated leadership experience within a customer service focused organization + Experience with headcount planning, forecasting and budgeting + Ability to think and act strategically across multiple business, technology, and program delivery concepts. + Ability to independently develop and deliver effective presentations with executive management. + Outstanding communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. + Outstanding leadership and organizational awareness skills. + Outstanding problem-solving ability. + Experience working with payroll or HCM software + Thorough understanding of HCM, tax or payroll service provider operations + Advanced knowledge of MS Office; specifically Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Power BI. + Prior experience working with Salesforce preferred. Physical requirements: + Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. + Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. The base pay range for this position is $101,200- $140,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
