This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.? The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview:
The Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics is responsible for delivering insights, developing data-driven recommendations, and supporting the organization’s day-to-day analytics and decision support needs across functional teams. This role involves translating business strategy and goals into measurable outcomes while providing leadership and guidance to a team of experienced analysts.

+ Direct/Manage/Supervise data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
+ Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
+ Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services such as segmentation, modeling, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization.
+ Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices.
+ Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
+ Implement data strategies and manage projects and resources.
+ Identify and define both process and data improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
+ Manages the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors.
+ Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills.
+ Contribute to the corporate project portfolio prioritization process.
+ Serves as a key resource to resolve complex and critical issues across the organization.
+ All other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
+ 5+ years of data analytics and business intelligence reporting experience
+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. High school diploma or GED required.
+ Demonstrated leadership experience within a customer service focused organization
+ Experience with headcount planning, forecasting and budgeting
+ Ability to think and act strategically across multiple business, technology, and program delivery concepts.
+ Ability to independently develop and deliver effective presentations with executive management.
+ Outstanding communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
+ Outstanding leadership and organizational awareness skills.
+ Outstanding problem-solving ability.
+ Experience working with payroll or HCM software
+ Thorough understanding of HCM, tax or payroll service provider operations
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office; specifically Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
+ Prior experience working with Salesforce preferred.
Physical requirements:
+ Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
+ Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously

The base pay range for this position is $101,200- $140,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
