Job Responsibilities
Support the Head of Malaysia Office or CEO in engaging key partners to increase sales activities and business penetration
Plan and execute business development activities, including marketing events planning and management
Assist in the preparation and documentation of business development proposals, presentations, and reports
Maintain organized records and documentation related to business development activities
Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional materials with business development objectives
Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing and new partners
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Private Banking or HNW space, especially wealth planning and insurance team will be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong team player with organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-minded with good project management ability
