What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.Make decisions to resolve complex problems and develop new options independently in ambiguous situations.Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Proficient in Power Automate for workflow automation and integration, with experience in creating and managing flows to streamline business processes.Skilled in developing and deploying Power BI Paginated Reports, with a strong understanding of data visualization, report design, and the ability to connect to various data sources.Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Query.Maintain and support best practices in Power BI and Power Query for the site.Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau ServerHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experienceStrong background in various Information Technology practicesProven expertise in business processes within the pharmaceutical industryComprehensive understanding of the drug development processExceptional oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage or coordinate large, complex activities across disciplinesExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning solutionsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Relevant pharmaceutical experienceProficiency in System Application & ProductsDeep understanding of core solutions deployed at the siteExperience in developing and delivering training programs for Information Management systems

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
