WHAT IS THIS OPPORTUNITY:

Responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery - planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology. You will be part of a dynamic team directly impacting the Advisor experience.

Deliver against key activities across product management, change management, product performance reporting, ongoing maintenance, risk assessments, channel optimization and identification of improvement opportunities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilitiesDevelop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimatesFacilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviewSolicit and analyze data to develop benefits profile, as well as data analysis post launch for continuous improvement.Assists with various administrative tasks related but not limited to business and supplier risk assessments, BCP evaluation, etc.Support Product & Platforms colleagues with their respective initiatives when and where necessary. Activities can include cross training, change management, execution, administration, and testing among other items.Support the consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirementsEffectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must Have:

5 years of experienceWorking as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projectsRelevant college, university, or post-graduate degree

Nice To Have:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA)Masters Certificate
