What You'll Do

 

As a Manager within BCG's TMT Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

Additionally, as a Manager, you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the TMT business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the TMT – Technology sector, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As an LKA, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in your expertise such as Semiconductors, Hardware devices, ODM, Netwsteorking Equipment, Supply Chain, R&D assessment, go-to-market excellence, pricing, operations and other relevant topics in the sectorAnalyzing data, formulating hypotheses and developing actionable recommendationsCommunicating with case teams and clients team members, in a credible and confident wayWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of workingBeing flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideasNavigating complexity and ambiguity

What You'll Bring

5+ years consulting experience in relevant sectors required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 5+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred). Major in Electronics or Engineering preferredExpertise in relevant sectorsFluency in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

The base salary range for this role in CITY is 126400 - 132000 

 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
