The Claims Shared Services team is looking for a Manager, Claims Estimate & Repair Verification to join our team! Reporting to the Director, National Claims Shared Services, you will be accountable for the management of a National team of Auto Claims Estimate and Repair Verification Advisors. In this role you will support National Directors and their Management Team in achieving their loss/expense cost containment and customer experience objectives. Required: Minimum 5-7 years of Auto Estimating experienceRequired: Minimum 5 years of people management experience in the Auto body shop field and/or Claims environment, ICAR certifiedRequired: Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle conflict resolution opportunities including complex issuesRequired: Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and TableauRequired: Advance understanding of various auto estimating software tools; including Mitchell.Required: Advance knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements such as Provincial Insurance ActsRequired: Strong working knowledge of foundational management systems; Continuous Improvement, Agile, Change ManagementAsset: Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designationAsset: An in-depth understanding and working knowledge of Claims Best Practices and software: ClaimCenter.Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
