Calendar Management
Manage complex and evolving calendarsReschedule meetings and travel at short noticeCoordinate internal and external meetingsBuild strong relationships with key client contactsCo-ordination of office events where required
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate travel with our travel providerManage visas and travel documentationSupport meetings and events using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Relationship Management
Build cooperative relationships with clients and colleaguesMaintain CRM records accurately and in a timely manner
Expenses
Process time and expense reportsHandle multi-currency and complex expense submissionsABOUT YOU
We are looking for French-speaking South African professionals based in Johannesburg who are passionate about providing excellent support in a global, fast-paced environment.
