Job Summary:
Based in Emerson's Asia Pacific, Singapore, the Manager / Assistant Manager, Part Business Development will be responsible for coordinating with the AP Regional Sales group and LBP and execute the agreed upon parts growth strategy & sales programs for AP.
You will also collaborate with channel/direct sales offices, operations, supply chain and Global parts business unit to drive parts growth plans.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead business development & sales initiatives in world area for Fisher & Sempell Parts Collaborate with the Parts BU to develop the annual growth plan and the corresponding financial plan Owns the world area parts strategic roadmap and Parts Booking POR for the world area Collaborate with regional/country sales managers, local business partners/representatives, and service managers to support annual growth plan Maintain an accurate project parts pursuit list for sales pursuit activities with sales channel. Provide reports or forecasts to world area Sales Leader and world area Parts operations leader as requested Actively engage with Global Project Pursuit team to pursue parts opportunity on KOB1 & 2 projects in world area Leverage STO funnel and engage with Sales office / LBPs to pursue Parts & repair plan. Drive parts agreements to maximize STO parts return Analyze non-OEM market space and drive strategies & OEM parts awareness with end users. Understand traders & 3rd parts replicator in AP market. Collaborate with Region Sales in site account planning to optimize parts return at site. Collaborate with Lifecycle Service Sales team to optimize parts revenue from repair activities Implement strategic actions to grow parts from Non-Performing accountsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is preferred 5-7 years minimum experience in Sales, Application Engineering and SD&S roles in the valve industry Understanding of KOB3 sales dynamics, STO events, Parts sales strategies & Site Account plans Effective communication and influencing skills Experience working with matrix organization. Critical thinking skills and ability to fairly and completely evaluate alternatives Ability to objectively assess business and market opportunity, both technically and financiallyPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
