**Overview**
The Manager - Analytics will drive the growth of econometric marketing studies (Marketing Mix Modelling) with clients while also innovating and developing the agency offering in this regard. This will involve managing client relationships from initial project pitching, to regular updates during the project, as well as final presentation creation and delivery. On an internal level, it includes being involved with project execution and managing resources who are working on the project to ensure timely deliverables. They will also be responsible for keeping up to date with market trends in the space and ensuring that the product is continuously being evolved and incorporating local and global innovations to remain competitive in the industry.
**Responsibilities**
**Technical & Product**
+ Comfortable using econometric software (StrataQED, MassTer, SAS, etc.)
+ Comfortable programming multiple linear regression models in a language of choice (Python or R)
+ Open to exploring and evaluating alternative tools for econometrics purposes
**Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency**
+ Continually search for growth opportunities with prospective clients
+ Project manage econometrics projects from pitching, data collection and processing, modelling through to delivery
+ Manage client relations and keep them updated throughout with regards to project status and issues
+ Build econometric (MMM) models of the highest standards while keeping in mind evaluation metrics around fit, robustness, and predictive power
+ Convey the results of the MMM models in ways that are easy to understand and actionable for clients
+ Be comfortable debating and explaining complex concepts (regression, goodness of fit metrics, diminishing returns) with clients

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar
+ Fluent in English and Arabic
+ 2-3 years of experience building econometric models and presenting model results to external parties
+ Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills and ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story
+ Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations
+ Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors
+ Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter, and proactive attitude
+ Ability to think of the bigger picture and link performance data to business actions
+ Skilled user of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience with econometrics software such as StrataQED, MassTer, etc.
+ Familiarity with programming language/logic preferred (Python or R)
