With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Position Details:** **Location:** Winter Haven, FL **Status:** Full Time - Salaried **Shift Hours:** 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) **The Manager Admin Rehab Services:** + Responsible for the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation sites including inpatient and outpatient clinical and business office functions, including team resource management, oversight of staffing of all departments, development and management of financial operations, capital budgeting and oversight of development, measurement and monitoring of quality indicators. + Works closely with inpatient care managers (cardiac, orthopedic, neuroscience) to promote high quality and efficient interdisciplinary patient care. + Works with senior management to plan, implement and market specialized rehab initiatives to meet the needs of referring physicians, patients and the community. + Is involved in strategic positioning, planning and implementation of rehabilitation services. **Minimum Qualifications:** **Required Experience:** + 4 years clinical management, 5 years acute, 2 years management or 5 years outpatient. + Required skills also include developing, planning and implementing protocols and programs. **Required Education:** + Bachelors - Rehabilitation; Or - Masters - Business Administration; Or - Bachelors - Audiology; Or - Bachelors - Physical Therapy; Or - Bachelors - Occupational Therapy; Or - Bachelors - Speech Therapy **Required Credentials:** + Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - PT (Physical Therapy); Or - Speech Therapy - License; Or - OT (Occupational Therapy) Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled **Position** Manager Admin Rehab Services **Location** Winter Haven | Leadership | Full Time **Req ID** null
