Manager Account Executive

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:\n•\tManage client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met, and solutions are delivered effectively.\n•\tSupport the development and execution of account strategies and contribute to profitable growth.\n•\tMaintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.\n•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account-related projects successfully.\n•\tIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow the account portfolio.\n•\tParticipate in preparing and delivering client reports and presentations.\n•\tActively monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly.\n•\tSupport and mentor junior account management professionals in their growth.

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role\n•\tDemonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives and building client relationships\n•\tLeadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth\n•\tA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAn advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus
