We are seeking a motivated and capable Management Leader to oversee and inspire a team of 40+ employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring department objectives are met, fostering a collaborative work environment, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence.
As a Management Leader, you will serve as a mentor who motivates team members, empowers managers, and implements strategic initiatives to help the company achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities
+ Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to a team of 40+ employees, including direct reports and cross-functional collaborators.
+ Develop and execute strategies to achieve team and company objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to maximize efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.
+ Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
+ Act as a liaison between teams and upper management to ensure clear communication of goals, milestones, and expectations.
+ Lead by example when it comes to organizational policies, procedures, and values.
+ Coach, mentor, and support managers and staff in their professional growth and development.
+ Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
+ Address employee concerns or conflicts as they arise, maintaining a fair and equitable environment.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in a management or leadership role, overseeing teams of 30+ employees.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of achieving operational goals.
+ Ability to inspire trust, build meaningful relationships, and effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
+ Experience developing and implementing strategies to drive team performance and engagement.
+ Proficiency in [industry-related tools or software, if applicable].
+ Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
