Formulating an overall Operating Plan for the bid management process and handling of some large bids
Deriving a long-term vision and focus for business, creating and managing effective processes for central bid management team. .
Strategies for some large bids , ensuring end to end ownership for same.
Partner with OEMs, Cloud service providers ,TSPs , Security solutions partners etc to get best support for particular bid.
Business development activities in the accounts where large bids are expected.
Creating a repository for all documents to ensure supporting all future bids
Creating analytic tools and process to analyze all bids and take learning and formulating strategies for future bids.
Networking at all levels of internal organization to ensure greater alignment and support for creating a competitive solution .
Major Challenges :
Provide end to end support for some large and complex RFPs Managing multiple alliance partners for any specific RFP and ensuring best support for same. Coordinating with multiple internal stake holders .
