Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner. Leading and participating in engineering projects to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety within the power generation facilities. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all mechanical engineering activities. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to mechanical engineering. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 4-20 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry. Demonstrated track record of success in mechanical engineering roles. Experience with power generation facilities and equipment.
