We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager (or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience) to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead client communications, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, and coach a small team to perform at their best.
You’ll be working primarily on B2B retainer accounts across sectors like technology, finance, and energy, and will collaborate closely across internal teams to drive strategic execution.Key responsibilities:Own day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and relationship growthOversee project timelines and deliverables—prioritize quality, accuracy, and consistency under pressureCoach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability, and teamworkTranslate complex client needs into actionable workstreams, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyContribute ideas and solutions with agility, even when priorities shift or details are still evolvingRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred)Bring a startup mindset—agile, solutions-driven, and unafraid of ambiguityConfident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externallyCollaborative team player with a proactive mindset and ability to lead junior staffAdaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure—ready to thrive in a fast-moving environmentStrong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills—capable of drafting documents, decks, and emails professionally in EnglishYou’ll Stand Out If You…Have experience handling B2B retainer clientsAre comfortable working across industries and quickly learning new subject matterWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
