Manager Job ID 220553 Posted 14-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Sales & Leasing, Sales/Brokerage Location(s) Pune - Maharashtra - India **About the Role:** As a CBRE Sales Brokerage Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of large commercial real estate properties for clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation. **What You’ll Do:** + Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base. + Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments. + Review request for proposal response and present real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons. + Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. + Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages. Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence. + Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. + Engage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business. + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
