We are looking for a strategic, data science-driven leader to own and evolve the Demand Planning function within the Workforce Management (WFM) organization. In this M3 role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the models, systems, and processes that forecast enterprise demand—helping the company align capacity, staffing, and investment with the realities of a dynamic, customer-centric operation.

This is not a traditional planning role—demand planning is the function, and data science is the craft. You will lead a team that applies advanced modeling techniques, scenario analysis, and deep business context to forecast volume, case mix, seasonality, and other demand drivers that influence how we staff, budget, and operate.
