Key responsibilities:

Ensure smooth execution of all HR compliances as per SOPs, company policies, and statutory requirements. Foster a conducive working environment through proactive employee interactions and effective communication. Maintain cordial relations with the union and resolve grievances promptly and fairly. Monitor employee appraisals, rewards, and promotion schemes. Build managerial capabilities in decision-making, coaching, staff development, manpower budgeting, and productivity. Support the Site Head-HR in corporate initiatives and OD interventions. Manage recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new employees. Support PMS activities for manufacturing and quality functions (G13 & above), including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and reward/promotion facilitation. Drive corporate HR interventions such as GPTW action plans, PMS, and value programs. Lead employee engagement, recognition, and sports initiatives. Evaluate training needs in coordination with department heads and facilitate capability-building exercises. Promote constructive communication through corporate media channels (audio/video/magazines/posters) in line with company guidelines.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in factories/manufacturing Experience of union management/handling (preference) Strong understanding of labor laws, PMS, and employee relations
