**Key responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for handling end to-end recruitment; starting from receiving the job requisition to getting the right talent on-board.
+ Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high quality experienced candidates in Pharma industry through IJP, Employee Referral, networking, campaign, web services, etc.
+ Planning & executing large scale recruitment drives.
+ Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions (Campus recruitments)
+ Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and placement of personnel.
+ Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
+ To recommend, propose & negotiate on salary, band and position; benchmarking against the existing skillsets and market standards.
+ Meeting deadlines (within SLA) without compromising quality norms in terms of talent hiring.
+ Ensure smooth on boarding for new joiners and completing their pre joining formalities.
+ Provide regular recruitment updates to all stake holders.
+ Conducting regular follow ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
+ Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
+ Facilitating creating Requisitions in CSOD by the Department manager and coordinating for resolution.
+ Studying analysing and keeping track of the hiring trends and salary benchmarking of competitive Pharma companies.
+ Preparation of various reports, dashboards and presentations.
