The Lending Data Science team is seeking a Data Science Leader to lead data science and analytics for the lending business —a strategic growth initiative focused on connecting small and medium businesses with the most suitable loan products. By leveraging Intuit’s rich customer data, this platform aims to deliver personalized loan offers and streamline the application experience. In this role, you’ll analyze both internal and lender data to uncover actionable insights, provide strategic recommendations, and help scale the business rapidly. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in team leadership and influencing business strategies with data evidence. Prior experience in fintech lending is a plus. We are seeking a Manager, Lending Data Science to lead a team of 3-5 analysts and spearhead data-driven decision-making for our rapidly growing lending business.
