Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Job Summary:** Managerial role in IP litigations responsible for FTO evaluations & IP risk mapping for Finished products across various countries, providing IP litigation support to various stakeholders, and managing the deliverables in time **Responsibilities:** + IP Litigations preparation & review of documents, discovery, monitoring, and interactions with counsels + Detailed Freedom to Operate (FTO) evaluations for Finished Products Interaction with FRD, PMO & Portfolio + Identifying & reviewing key third party patents, early stage evaluation of risks & mitigations + Timely support to Portfolio, Business Development, R & D, PMO, Regulatory, and Commercial teams + New Product Opportunity Identification for global markets based on IP scenarios + Mapping of Competitive Intelligence, regulatory dynamics and aligning with IP strategies **Travel Estimate** Up to -- % **Job Scope** **Internal Interactions (within the organization)** Yes with R &D, BD, PMO, RA, Portfolio, Commercial teams **External Interactions (outside the organization)** Yes with outside IP attorneys **Geographical Scope** Global stakeholders **Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority)** NA **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** Master of Pharmacy or M.S. or M. Tech. (Pharmaceutics or Chemistry preferred) **Specific Certification** P.G.
