Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Key responsibilities:** + Planning of Utility operations for adequate generation & distribution of Utilities, HVAC System, and DI water. + Ensuring all the utility equipment is used at maximum efficiency & Occupancy. + Ensuring optimum controls for energy Savings in Utility Operations. + Planning of Utilities Budgets. + Monitoring daily expenses of utilities. to have control over the allotted budget for the fiscal year + Ensuring Compliance with GMP & Legal Requirements. + Team Building & Maintaining proper discipline within the department. + Coordinating with Vendors, contractors, & Verification of Bills. + Planning of in-house modifications/projects, jobs related to Capacity enhancement, Water System, & Energy conservation. + Follow all Safety Rules & EHS Compliance + To ensure the necessary Maintenance completion in the Plant. + To ensure the upkeep of the plant for all time, and readiness for inspection **Travel Estimate** **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** B.E.
