This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of the Global Compensation team within CEG, and this person will be responsible for the analysis of compensation programs and tools across the organization, including annual compensation processes, salary structures, benchmarking and bonus program, and contribute to global and regional projects. These initiatives will be aimed at continuing to develop and deliver a compelling and differentiated Total Rewards strategy.
The position will report to the Vice President of Compensation Insights & Capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support key compensation processes throughout the year, including benchmarking, year-end project management, annual compensation review cycle Generate comprehensive and accurate modeling of data and insights to be shared with partners across Colleague Total Rewards & Well-being (CTRW) and CEG including leading ad-hoc reporting and analysis for one-off projects Collaborate with colleagues to collect necessary information and perform analyses on market competitiveness, minimum wage trends, regulatory updates, retention, and more Partner with Compensation Consulting and Colleague Strategic Partners (CSPs) to develop and design compensation tools that support their day-to-day work; provide ad hoc support to Compensation Consulting team on compensation-related activities Lead the Company’s market pricing strategy and build external perspective for the Global compensation organization. Manage the day-to-day queries from the broader comp team on benchmarking methodology, participate in ad-hoc surveys, and pro-actively suggest and implement new ways that external data could be used in processes Evaluate market and economic trends in compensation. Leverage competitive market intelligence to help anticipate and navigate the potential impact to our compensation philosophy, programs, and practices Support the maintenance of internal and external compensation competitiveness through compensation program reviews and enhancements Ensure any compensation program changes are grounded in external trends and practicesMinimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Accounting or related field 5+ years of Compensation experience, additional HR, finance or related field a plus Ability to leverage external market insights and internal analytics to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen total rewards offerings Proven compensation experience, including compensation benchmarking Strong consultative, analytical, communication and PC skills are a must High proficiency in data management and analysis, including Excel Excellent PowerPoint skills; ability to translate complicated data into impactful, clear presentation materials Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills required Quick learner with ability to manage competing demands with a solutions-focused approach Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment across multiple time zonesPreferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Human Resource Management, preferredSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
