About the department
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager (RBD) role is part of the RBD Marketing team. Based at our Tokyo office, you will join a dedicated and collaborative group of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of patients with rare diseases. The team operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
The position
As an Omnichannel Marketing Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 5 years of sales, marketing, multichannel engagement, and/or other relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on customer experience and/or digital marketing. Understanding of campaign, customer experience, and promotional asset development. Ability to translate deep customer insights into actionable commercial plans. Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
