Manager,Business FP&A

The primary role of Financial Planning & Analysis function is to analyzes financial data (both historical and forward looking) for strategic and operational decision making. Key deliverables include formulating forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and performing variance analysis. Assist in driving company's performance through commercial assessment of tactical and strategic sales and marketing pricing. Developing a detailed commercial understanding of customer business models, financial performance and competitor market share.

The primary objective of Business FP&A specialization within Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family is to support the Business/Function strategy and drive achievement of financial goals and objectives.The role requires significant business partnering and therefore substantial knowledge of the business.Key responsibilities include leading and execution of long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and reporting.This role supports special business projects and initiatives and may include M&A modelling, diligence and integrations.This role may lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals.Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve orgnisational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.Coaches team members on performance, provide inputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions.Typically without budget or hire/fire authority.

Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 8 years of related experience.Applies acquired expertise and exercises judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.Analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.
