Clients opt into solutions outside the agency’s core services that offer tangible benefits including guaranteed outcomes, increased flexibility, and advantageous pricing." **Overview** The **Workplace Experience Manager** plays a critical leadership role in driving workplace culture, operational excellence, and employee engagement across the **APEX Exchange offices in New York City, Chicago, and Atlanta** . This position goes beyond day-to-day operations to strategically shape how teams connect, collaborate, and experience their work environment. As a culture builder and operational leader, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing complex workflows across locations. They will lead **employee engagement initiatives** , **office operations** , and **cross-functional committee coordination** , while partnering closely with Facilities, Leadership, and other internal stakeholders to execute programs that reflect the values and energy of the APEX brand. This individual should demonstrate **professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional communication skills** . They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of execution. **Responsibilities** + **Lead and manage internal Culture and APEX Gives Back Committees** , including setting agendas, guiding workflows, and ensuring initiatives are executed across all three offices. + Serve as the **central point of coordination for all workplace experience programs** , including cultural events, DEI celebrations, wellness activities, and team-building efforts. + Plan and execute **office-wide engagement initiatives and social events** that foster connectivity and celebrate employee milestones. + Coordinate and manage **U.S.-based Town Halls** across NY, CHI, and ATL, partnering with leadership and communications teams to align messaging and logistics. + Oversee and maintain **office operations** , including supplies, facilities support, vendor management, and budget tracking. + Manage **snack and pantry programs** , ensuring inventory aligns with team preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal offerings. + Partner with IT/AV teams to ensure **conference room technology** and shared spaces remain functional, modern, and meeting-ready. + Develop and maintain **processes and documentation** related to procurement, budgeting, and vendor engagement. + Communicate clearly and consistently with team members regarding office operations, updates, and expectations. + Travel periodically to **Chicago and Atlanta offices** to support onsite operations, reinforce cultural consistency, and build local partnerships. + Execute a range of **special projects and cross-functional initiatives** as assigned by leadership. **Qualifications** + 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or employee engagement roles + Demonstrated experience leading internal committees or cultural initiatives + Strong project management and organizational skills + Proactive communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams + Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution + Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-location programs + Passion for creating meaningful employee experiences and inclusive environments **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
