OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Enhance workforce systems by automating workflows, improving scheduling processes, and optimizing resource planning for BioLife Plasma Centers.Collaborate across HR, DD&T, operations, and forecasting teams to align workforce planning tools with organizational priorities and strategic goals.Provide actionable insights through dashboards and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across BioLife centers.Drive continuous system improvements and innovative solutions to streamline labor management workflows and replace manual processes.ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the operational systems expert for workforce planning tools, ensuring alignment with BioLife Plasma Center operations and organizational priorities.Evaluate, onboard, and enhance scheduling tools or modules tailored to workforce needs in collaboration with HR, DD&T, and BioLife operations.Streamline resource planning by automating workflows and integrating system-driven solutions.Partner with key stakeholders to align capacity tools and system enhancements with organizational goals and shared team objectives.Develop dashboards and reporting workflows using workforce systems to provide actionable insights into scheduling efficiencies and trends for BioLife centers.Share system-driven analytics with HR, DD&T, and BioLife operations teams to enable data-driven decision-making.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce system processes across BioLife centers, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency through automation.DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS

$111,800.00 - $175,670.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salaryoffered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
