What is the opportunity?
The RBC Wealth Management Canada (WMC) Partnerships team supports the development of cross functional relationships at RBC for affluent individuals and families. This role is important to delivering a holistic wealth management offering for clients.
The role works directly RBC Head Office bank partners and internally with Wealth Management Canada Head Office and Regional Leadership teams. This role supports in execution of strategic initiatives and in-market campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of support resources and tools, governance of monthly business processes and enablement of WMC branch teams for partnering activities.
What will you do?
Support the Head, Wealth Management Partnerships in deployment of lead and strategic enablement programs in branch
Oversee ongoing monthly and quarterly business processes including but not limited to monthly business reviews, project dashboards, quarterly newsletters,Act as a first line of partnerships support for Investment Advisors & Counsellors through the WMC Partnerships inbox reinforcing partnerships processes and policies and escalating where appropriateDevelop and maintain strategic insights for WMC Partnerships and provide in depth analysis on identified opportunities and strategic initiatives.Maintain a strong network of partners internal and external to Wealth Management Canada.Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
Experience in structuring presentations for different audiences including senior leadershipPrevious experience with launching campaigns and change managementAbility to analyze and distill complex data and develop strategic insightsStrong relationship building and management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with often changing deadlinesExpertise working with Microsoft OfficeNice-to-have:
Previous experience in the Wealth Management or Personal BankingProficiency with Tableau and SalesforceFrench language proficiency is considered an assetComfortable with public-speaking and presenting to large audiencesPlease note: This is a fully on-site role.
