Responsibilities

As a W&D Manager, you are required to be responsible for leading and execution of warehouse and distribution operation. Drive 3rd party logistics service providers’ operational performance with clear KPIs and achieve audit, quality and regulatory compliances. Captures and analyses the distribution and warehousing requirements and service level.

Enable business growth by developing logistics alternatives for warehouse, redressing, and distribution network of Taiwan, improve profitability.

Lead 3rd party logistics service provider operational performance to achieve customer satisfaction, and meet quality/regulatory compliances internally/externally.

Analyse distribution, warehousing, and redressing cost structure to engage with regional partners together delivering effective cost to serve target.

Provide yearly budget planning and perform adequate control in e2e supply chain.

Provide work direction and leadership to logistics personnel, develop and enable individual growth.

Skills and Experiences 

Education: college degree or equivalent. Preferred University Logistics, Business degree

Language: Mandarin, fluent in English

Experience: at least 7~10 years of warehousing & distribution experiences

Leadership skill: people management experience is must

System: preferred SAP knowledge
