Join our dynamic team at **Raytheon** as a Value Stream Manager, - Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within our Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit. We are excited to invite a driven and meticulous Value Stream Manager to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and production of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, ensuring the provision of top-tier products and services to our esteemed international partners. This position offers a thrilling opportunity to make meaningful contributions to vital defense projects while collaborating with a team of exceptional professionals. **This position will be located ONSITE at our Westford, MA facility.** **What You Will Do:** + Independently manage all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance outcomes. + Oversee and drive risk and opportunity (R&O) management, including following up with risk owners on action items. + Develop and review cost proposals, conduct and coordinate management reviews for approval, track proposal-related action items, and support negotiations in coordination with Contracts, Finance and Pricing. + Prepare, organize and maintain program documentation (e.g., status reports, charters, program plans). + Develop slide decks, meeting minutes, and action items for internal and external reviews. + Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics (EVMS) for cost control purposes. + Coordinate cross function teams between engineering, logistics, finance, quality, operations and subcontracting teams. + Support communication efforts with internal partners across Raytheon business units and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations. + **Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.** **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. + Previous experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). + Previous experience in Government Procurement. + Foreign Military Sales Experience (FMS) + **Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).** + **Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.** **Qualifications We Value:** + Prior experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). + Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude. + Strong business communication and presentation skills. + Proven leadership experience and the ability to work cooperatively across multiple levels of the organization, to include senior leadership and functional experts. + Ability to work and make independent decisions. + Desire to learn and become an integral part of a strong team-oriented organization. **What We Offer:** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. **At RTX we value: Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation** **Learn More & Apply Now!** RTX solves some of the toughest challenges in aerospace and defense. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
