The Treasury Capital Strategy (TCS) function within the Treasury Corporate Finance Organization assesses the regulatory capital adequacy of The Charles Schwab Corporation and various subsidiaries and performs capital analysis on strategic initiatives.

The TCS Manager will play a key role in the overall strategic optimization of the balance sheet with a focus on the analysis of strategic initiatives and 1st line of defense regulatory capital adequacy.  Through collaboration and partnership with critical business partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (e.g., liquidity, capital management, credit, interest rate risk, stress testing, controllers, 2nd line of defense, etc.), the TCS Manager will be part of the team that helps ensure that the firm is efficiently utilizing its capital position.

What you have
A minimum of 5+ years relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field is requiredMBA and/or CFA is preferred, Series 27 license may be requiredStrong knowledge and demonstrated experience forecasting and managing bank holding company capital, bank subsidiary capital, and broker-dealer net capitalExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and other investment softwareStrong interpersonal and management skill with the ability to build cross-organizational relationships

In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
