**Date Posted:** 2025-08-28 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** OT999: 1CP - Farmington, CT One Carrier Place, Farmington, CT, 06032 USA **Manager, Treasury** **Role Overview:** As a Treasury Manager, you will be an integral part of the daily operations of a global dynamic Treasury team responsible for liquidity planning, cash management, foreign exchange, and capital markets activities for Otis’ global operations. A typical day could see you working on cross border transactions like cash mobilization initiatives and trade finance transactions or working with global Treasury Center of Expertise colleagues on foreign exchange or company financing transactions. This position will work collaboratively with Treasury and Accounting colleagues in the WHQ location, regional counterparts, as well as external banks and trading partners, and has exposure to all levels of the organization on a regular basis. **On a typical day you will:** + Support the company's dividend repatriation program, including solicitation, analysis, and review of dividend submissions from various entities, and make recommendations to Regional Treasurers. + Partner with international colleagues in cash mobilization projects and initiatives related to subsidiary restructuring. + Manage trade finance activities, including issuing letters of credit and bank guarantees, as well as negotiating related transactions. + Prepare quarterly reconciliations and reporting related to the company’s outstanding letters of credit and ensure timely settlement of related accounts payable activities. + Execute daily FX daily transaction hedging and regulatory reporting + Prepare month-end and quarterly reporting related to FX program + Support the company’s monthly netting program and short-term borrowing and investment activity. + Ongoing process improvements + Special projects as assigned **What You Will Need to be Successful:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field + At least 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, and/or accounting. + Direct experience with treasury processes is required. + Strong analytical ability, project management, and effective communication skills. + High proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional teams (Controllers, IT, Legal, Tax). + Strong attention to detail. The team operates on a hybrid basis, largely remote with 1-2 days per week in the Farmington, Connecticut office. A fully remote role would be considered for the right individual. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
