**Job Description** **Position Purpose** Gestiona la operación general de transporte diario para entregar la mercancía de la tienda en el momento adecuado de acuerdo con nuestro KPI de entrega a tiempo; maximizar el espacio utilizado de cada remolque optimizando las rutas a través de la táctica de consolidación dinámica, revisión constante del cronograma de entrega y auditando la operación, instalaciones, camiones y remolques de nuestros proveedores externos. **Primary Accountabilities** + Gestionar y controlar la operación de transporte en DC's como seguimiento, carga y descarga de trailers, mantenimiento del camión de patio, seguimiento de la operación diaria entre otros. + Maximizar la ocupación vehicular de los remolques, optimizando nuestra consolidación dinámica. + Desarrollar estrategias y planes de acción para reducir los tiempos de entrega a las tiendas y las transferencias de inventario entre los CD. + Cumplir o superar nuestros KPI's de entrega a tiempo. + Auditar y controlar las rutas estableciendo puntos de control con registros de cronometraje + Diseñar programas de innovación para maximizar la utilización del espacio del remolque. + Revisar y actualizar constantemente el Cronograma de Entrega de acuerdo con Operaciones DC **Education & Experience** Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Administración, Ing. Industrial, Logística Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
