Manager, Translation Project Management

**General Description:**
The Project Manager supports in maintaining a global view of all Medical Writing or Translation projects across all programs. With strong organizational and communication skills, the PM ensures timely and high-quality deliverables, and leads cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve writing or translation workflows and toolkits for efficiency and quality.
**Essential Functions of the Job:**
+ **Project Management:** Lead and oversee department-level and cross-functional projects to improve translation efficiency and workflow. Ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across teams.
+ **Process Optimization:** Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
+ **Quality Improvement:** Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality assurance processes and establish standards for consistency.
+ **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Track workload, monitor project progress, and analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
+ **Stakeholder Coordination:** Facilitate communication and collaboration between the translation team and other departments to ensure alignment on shared initiatives.

**Computer Skills** **:**
Technical expertise in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic document management systems; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Translation & Localization, Life Sciences, or a related field **required** ; Master’s, PharmD, or PhD degree **preferred.**
+ **T** **ranslation and localization management expertise** required.
+ **Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience** in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, or a similar regulated environment required with a Bachelor’s degree.
+ With a Master’s degree, a minimum of **4 years** of relevant experience.
+ With a PhD or PharmD, a minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience.
+ Strong understanding of project coordination, localization workflows, or cross-functional collaboration in a scientific or regulated context preferred.
