About the Role
To lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs that enhance field force capability, align with business priorities, and ensure operational excellence.Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify training needs in coordination with agency leaders and the field force.Design and propose training programs aligned with business priorities and field readiness.Ensure high-quality delivery of all training initiatives.Oversee the development and maintenance of all training decks and materials.Actively collaborate with Product, Compliance, Sales, and other teams to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.Ensure timely review and approval of training materials.Lead and manage the training team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.Assign work based on program needs and trainer strengths.Monitor team performance and coach for continuous improvement.Ensure smooth execution of all training sessions, including scheduling, trainer preparation, and coordination with stakeholders.Maintain quality standards across all programs and sessions.Automate training reports where possible to improve efficiency.Deliver reports that go beyond attendance, incorporating insights and analysis on training impact, participation trends, and field readiness.Provide regular updates to the Head of Training with recommendations for improvements.Ensure proper documentation of training data, session records, and feedback.Maintain organized and clean data systems for efficient reporting and analysis.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related fieldA master’s degree is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal educationMinimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or agency development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industryExperience in leading teams and managing training programs is essentialRelevant licenses and certifications in training, facilitation, or instructional design are an advantageStrong facilitation and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and training platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams)Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAnalytical skills for reporting and insightsFluent in Burmese and English
