The Manager, Tradeshows and Events is responsible for leading the planning and execution of high-impact events, including trade shows, congresses, workshops, and internal meetings. This role will drive event strategy, ensure seamless logistics, and uphold our premium brand presence across 3+ annual on-premise events globally. It is critical in positioning our brand at the forefront of innovation in diagnostics and engaging key stakeholders.
You’ll manage and oversee global events calendars, budget, timelines, develop toolkits, vendor relationships, and internal planning and training to ensure consistent and high-quality field execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and strong collaboration skills.
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Tradeshows and Events and is part of the Global Marketing team and will be Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Shape the future of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ global events by playing a pivotal role in elevating the company’s presence - directly influencing event strategy, booth design, and the integration of cutting-edge technology and storytelling.Lead high-visibility initiatives that align with commercial goals, drive measurable business growth brand differentiation, and deeper customer engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to bring complex scientific narrative to life through immersive event experience and educational forums.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years exp.Long-standing experience in B2B or diagnostic industry corporate event planning and tradeshow management.Event & Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex end-of-to-end corporate events and tradeshows, with strong communication, production, logistics, and project management skills to align and lead teams on the business objectives.Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, expense tracking, invoice reconciliation, and post-event financial reporting, including ROI analysisAdaptability & Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, meet tight deadlines, make sound decisions aligned with business and event goals, and adapt quickly to changes in scope or logistics.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, including overnight for on-premise eventsMust possess a valid passportIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
