At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong. **Key Responsibilities:** The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Quality Management Systems will play a crucial role in the NextGen Program, operating at the intersection of business and technology. This position involves defining strategies that stem from a deep understanding of business needs and challenges, alongside technology solutions. The TPO will be responsible for conveying requirements into development execution for the Comet platform. Additionally, the TPO will comprehend value realization and oversee ongoing product management across multiple modules. **Key duties will include:** + Function as the Technical Product Owner for the Comet system utilized by Innovative Medicine, developing the vision and roadmap while guiding the squad in delivering product and platform features + Collaborate with business process owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, converting requirements into user stories and establishing acceptance criteria + Work in close partnership with Architects and Lead Engineers to ensure that technical implementations align with the technology vision, economic framework, and business objectives + Collaborate with external product vendors + Work with squads to resolve technical challenges and implement effective solutions, following the squad's technology strategy as a reference + Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform to implement cross-squad tasks, promoting continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle + Balance business value with technical feasibility while enhancing delivery efficiency **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required. + Minimum of 5+ years in a technology leadership role, including at least 5+ years in the pharmaceutical domain, managing IT operational support. + Proficient in the digital product management lifecycle, managing product backlogs, prioritization, and defining user stories. + Skilled in constructing business cases, tracking benefits realization, and driving technology adoption to enhance business value. + Understanding of business drivers and the ability to connect priorities to technology investments. + Experience managing vendor partners in developing and supporting complex technical systems. + Experience with GxP Quality Management systems and processes + Knowledge of SaaS services and deployment architecture. + Experience with software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) and Agile project management. + Familiarity with middleware tools and data platforms. + Proficient with JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence. + Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. + Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across complex matrix organizations. + Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity and multiple competing priorities.
