About this Role Leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Quanta’s retirement benefit programs, including 401(k), non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC), and other total rewards programs. This position leads the team to drive continuous process improvement while ensuring total rewards programs are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate employees. What You'll Do + Oversee administration of all retirement plans, including 401(k) and NQDC plans. + Ensure all plans are in compliance with ERISA, 409(a), IRS, and DOL regulations. + Lead annual audits, match true-up, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and other regulatory reporting. + Serve as primary contact for retirement plan recordkeepers, auditors, legal counsel, and fiduciary consultants. + Maintain and update plan documents, SPDs, and required participant disclosures. + Lead a team of retirement plan specialists/HR professionals. + Coordinate retirement plan committee meetings, prepare materials, and document fiduciary decisions. + Monitor investment lineups and coordinate fund changes with investment advisors and vendors. + Oversee the development and delivery of employee education programs regarding retirement readiness and plan features. + Resolve escalated employee inquiries and issues related to plan eligibility, contributions, loans, distributions, and compliance matters. + Lead communication and change management for total rewards initiatives. + Manage relationships with OpCos to promote awareness and participation in retirement plans. + Analyze plan participation, utilization, and benchmarking data to identify improvement opportunities. + Recommend plan design changes as needed to align with business strategy, workforce demographics, and competitive positioning. + Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term retirement objectives and total rewards strategies. + Partner with OpCos, IT, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure seamless retirement and benefits administration between various systems. + Support system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting related to retirement plan functionality. + Continuously monitor and enhance the retirement team’s processes, procedures, and system capabilities. + Lead retirement plan due diligence and integration activities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including plan comparisons, compliance reviews, and transition planning. + Manage 401(k) plan mergers, group rollovers, and related participant communications to ensure smooth transitions and regulatory compliance. + Performs other duties and projects as assigned. What You'll Bring + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required. + >10 Years of experience in Retirement/Benefits administration, Accounting, or Finance. + >1 year of experience in a leadership or management role. + Strong analytical, leadership, and critical thinking skills. + Working knowledge of ERISA, 409(a), IRS, and DOL requirements. + High level of attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
