Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your new role:** The Promotions & Partnerships Manager is responsible for submitting all proposed activities for approval to the Home Office and for guiding partners in accordance with studio guidelines and policies. This role requires managing the entire negotiation process — from initial outreach to full implementation — including handling contracts, agreement letters, and all necessary documentation. Additionally, the Manager must analyze the performance and results of each campaign to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals. **Your role accountabilities:** + Localizing the pitch deck and proactively reaching out to new potential partners and companies by scheduling meetings, preparing tailored presentations, and showcasing a variety of promotional activities that can be implemented to add value to a consumer product or service through brand association with a Warner Bros. movie release. + Read, understand, and apply all guidelines and rules on the film promotions, including mechanics, artworks, deadlines, provided by HO, as well the laws regarding promotional deals in our country. + Completing the promotional checklist form with all relevant information about the partner and the proposed activity prior to the final contract stage. + Report each promotion to the home office through e-rooms and formal reports and submit all materials for approval. + Must oversee this entire process — from initial submission through to the signing of contracts by both parties — and ensure that the promotional activity is implemented as planned. + In partnership with Trade MKT team, find the best opportunities with exhibitors (at the box office, loyalty program, concession, or exhibitor’s website), including partners and licenses for each film. + Coordinate the production of premium items and promotional materials for each release with the Procurement Department. + Organize events — from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event reporting — including premieres, roadshows, Comic Cons, trade presentations, and other business-related activations. + Managing costume and muckle tours, prop exhibitions, and street team activations across different regions of Brazil. + Responsible for managing influencer activities in regions outside São Paulo, in collaboration with our social media team and the local agency. **Qualification & Experiencie:** + Degree in Marketing + Advanced english + Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. + Experience acting in promotions/marketing/trade marketing positions within entertainment business, promotion agencies or consumer goods. **Other nice to have:** + Sales background is desirable. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
