Title and Summary
Manager, Technology Regulatory ExecutionOverviewThe Technology Regulatory Lead will support the Vice President, Program Management, to ensure that Mastercard maintains the appropriate level of oversight, controls, and risk management across all its technology businesses in the region. This role involves active participation in governance meetings, and reporting for both internal stakeholders and external entities such as regulators and central banks.
Role
\tRegulatory Oversight and Compliance:
•\tEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
•\tDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory expectations and changes.
•\tImplement and monitor controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
\tRisk Management:
•\tIdentify, assess, and manage technology-related risks.
•\tConduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
\tGovernance and Reporting:
•\tOrganize and participate in governance meetings to discuss regulatory and risk management issues.
•\tPrepare and present reports to internal stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors.
•\tLiaise with external regulators and central banks, providing necessary \tStakeholder Engagement.
•\tCollaborate with various departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to regulatory compliance and risk management.

•\tLead the tech team during a crisis moment
•\tIdentify & managed the appropriate follow up
All about you
\tEducation:
-\tBachelor’s degree in information technology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
-\tAdvanced degree or professional certification in regulatory compliance or risk management is preferred.
\tExperience:
-\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or risk management role within the technology sector.
-\tProven track record of managing regulatory relationships and compliance programs.
-\tExperience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management and external regulators.
\tSkills:
-\tGood understanding of Authorization clearing and settlement environment
-\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
-\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
