Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the product line. + **People Management:** Lead onsite and offshore development team members, ensuring effective and timely delivery of solutions. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory concerns. **Qualifications:** + **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, Statistics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent. + Minimum of 7 years of related experience, life sciences industry preferred. + **Business Focus:** Good understanding of market access concepts and the ability to empathize with user needs.
