What does a successful Manager, Technical Professional Services do?

As a Manager, Technical Professional Services, you will join a dynamic team of DNA Implementation and Professional Services Consultants and Managers whose role is to maintain the integrity and quality of mergers, specialized post live PS engagements, inhouse to data center client moves and support of core DNA conversions in the fast-changing core banking system world. Oversee the consultant’s tasks and/or issues that need to be resolved; responsible for ticket management and incident management, troubleshooting through resolution. This position supports the DNA product suite but will expand to include impacts upon downstream support for other disciplines, specifically tied to Fiserv Surrounds.  

The Manager, Technical Professional Services will direct, collaborate, review, comprehend processes and process improvements through diversity and inclusion. The role also include support for client projects where provision of advice, experience and client facing activities will be required.

What you will do:

Identify, research, analyze business requirements, ensuring client and market needs are met and Fiserv honors its contractual obligations and timelines.Work closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues for resolution.Work with external vendors as well as internal delivery teams, to convey accurate requirements and motivate them to supply appropriate/on time solutions at the highest quality.Responsible for driving delivery of projects to the client and/or internal organizations.Ensure the completion and approval of testing, user documentation, while driving blended learning plans for associates.Ensure business and system team methodologies are followed and continuously improved upon.Act as a portal to manage issues and escalate when needed.Responsible for decision making, team performance, achievement of metrics goals, and adherence to departmental procedures to ensure client satisfaction and process standardization.Establish behavioral, developmental, and performance metrics and coach for performance excellence; provide timely and effective recognition; resolve problems as they arise and effectively administer corrective action when necessary; identify and support developmental opportunities to encourage employee learning and growth.Understand company and department objectives, provide strategic leadership in translating goals into clear workgroup and performance plans and monitoring the plans to ensure steady progress toward the targeted goals.
 

What you will need to have:

5+ years of experience driving professional services/implementation consultancy for client migrations, mergers and miscellaneous supporting efforts.5+ years of experience in the financial or technology industry with a focus on processing and configuration.5+ years of experience with the DNA Core Processing System.Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
 

Travel: Ability to Travel up to 20%

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
