Position Summary
The Manager, Talent Development Strategy & Executive Programs supports the design, coordination, and evolution of learning strategies that enable leadership growth, business capability, and organizational readiness. This role works closely with HR, business stakeholders, and learning teams to translate enterprise priorities into a clear, actionable development roadmap.
This manager will play a key role in supporting executive development initiatives for the most senior leaders, as well as designing and managing enterprise-wide high potential programs that build a strong leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and activation of the enterprise learning and leadership strategy aligned to business and workforce goalsEngage with stakeholders to gather the voice of the customer and ensure ongoing socialization of talent development strategiesLead the coordination, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide high potential programs and leadership pipeline initiativesPartner on the design and implementation of executive development experiences in partnership with senior HR and external partnersManage executive coaching initiativesMaintain and evolve the enterprise learning roadmap, helping sequence work based on impact, readiness, and resource availabilityAlign closely with teams responsible for learning design, delivery, and platforms to ensure execution matches intentTrack progress and outcomes of key initiatives, using data to inform decision makingStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our strategiesManage the talent development budget and ensure cost-effective use of resourcesFoster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organizationRequired/Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or other related degreeIn addition to bachelor’s degree, five (5) years minimum of related work experienceDesired Qualifications
Master's degree preferredTen (10) or more years of experience in a corporate talent development, organization and executive development, and learning strategyProven track record leading enterprise development initiatives, including at the executive levelStrong ability to connect business needs with enterprise talent solutionsExperience with executive and high potential programsExcellent communication and coordination skills across senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to operate independently and drive complex projects forwardFamiliarity with learning frameworks, leadership development, and strategic planning toolsComfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to long-term strategy developmentExcellent people manager skills: ability to direct, empower, lead, and hold employees accountableAbility to work effectively with all levels in the organizationAbility to manage multiple and competing projects to assist in improving the organization’s capabilityProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)Working Conditions
