About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Program Manager to help lead internal change management and talent-facing communications while also supporting key HR programs that shape our employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, project execution, and people strategy. Responsibilities: + Lead change management efforts for new HR initiatives, with a focus on clear communication and adoption + Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, L&D, compensation, HR ops) + Craft engaging content for newsletters, intranet, leadership announcements, and employee campaigns + Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all HR and recruitment communications + Develop the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and translate it into recruitment marketing, career site content, and social campaigns + Partner with Talent Acquisition to amplify employer brand messaging across candidate touchpoints + Manage timelines and stakeholder communications for HR projects Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field + 8+ years of experience in HR communications, program management, or employer branding + Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results across multiple stakeholders + Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills + Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting + Familiarity with digital communication platforms and HRIS systems + Knowledge of inclusion, change management, and employee engagement strategies For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $86,000 - $120,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
