Job Description
Lead and coach a small team of 2-4 individuals to develop and manage Supply Chain Sustainability policies and programs as well as the Supplier Relationship Management activities (SRM)
Scope of this team includes developing, refining, and managing the sustainability programs, including RBA, CMRT, supplier conformance to GF EHS policies and GSC principles as well as Supplier Relationship Management
Plan and implement efforts to demonstrate the organization's commitment to sustainability, the environment and social responsibility
Drive GSC PFAS reduction and low GWP gas strategies in concert with Commodity Heads, EHS team, and end users in the fab
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, e.g., comms team, EHS, GSM, Legal, etc.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
Job Complexity
Complete accountability for all aspects of the team
Drive problem solving and coach team in framing problems and solutions
Role is global in nature with stakeholders in EHS, Quality, Fab modules, Finance, etc. Has to consider impact of solutions to other departments and find overall solutions
Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area
Highly comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate successfully in a highly cross-functional environment
Able to coach team members of different tenures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience. Education is preferably in STEM-related disciplines. Candidates with Business Administration or Finance are welcome if they have demonstrated spikes suitable for this role
At least 2 years' experience as a formal people leader or demonstrated leadership in leading teams without formal authority
At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company and in a role with global influence
