Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Supply Chain Planning
We are looking for a Supply Chain Management expert who would be responsible for supply chain delivery domain expertise, delivering analytics and reporting projects.
Responsibilities
• Focused on solving Supply planning problems for CPG / Consumer Electronics industries
• Apply domain experience (supply chain), analytical skills to conceptualize and create and implement solution prototypes around Demand planning, Demand allocation, DRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, MRP, replenishment planning
• Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions – Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions
• Handle large datasets – Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights
• Work closely with global client’s multiple cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements and prioritize needs
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics /optimization domain
• Relevant strong work experience in Supply Chain
• Exposure in ERPs – SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint skills is a must
• Good team player and ability to manage large teams
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI
Preferred qualifications
• Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
• Has done modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning/python / R
• Proficient in BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI
• Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory)
• Designed Analytical solution either around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Capacity Planning
• Certifications like CPIM / CSCP
