What you will do:
Own carrier performance, relationships and daily operational support for all domestic (non-parcel) freight activitySupport internal customers on carrier and mode selection, track & trace, and escalationsShuttle network oversight, optimization and utilizationOversee department claims management processPoint for all PW and RTX Risk Management activitiesPartner with Ryder and GSC to drive supplier compliance to Ryder load planningAdminister monthly supplier compliance scorecard and charge-back programDrive expansion, enhancements and further utilization of Ryder TMSProvide support to F135 TAV programWilling to jump in and assist with urgent operational escalations when needed both during regular and off-hoursQualifications you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field and 8 years of experience in supply chain or business related field; OR an advanced degree and 5 years of experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications we prefer:
Logistics, 3PL experienceExperience managing 3rd party logistics vendorsExperience in data and reporting systems and administrationWorking knowledge of aerospace supply chain

This role is:
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
