Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **About the role** As the IT&D Manager, Supply Analytics, you will drive the development, implementation, and management of data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, demand forecasting, financial forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for managing data analytics capabilities and supply chain insights ensuring seamless integration with ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA), planning systems (e.g. Kinaxis, SAP IBP) and other supply chain systems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic and loves a challenge. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are action and result oriented. **Your responsibilities** • Develop and execute IT strategies that enhance enterprise analytics, financial planning, and forecasting capabilities. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Operations and Finance to identify key analytics requirements and implement IT solutions. • Lead initiatives to improve real-time supply chain visibility, risk management, and performance tracking. • Ensure IT solutions align with business goals, industry best practices, and compliance standards. • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Anaplan or similar. • Support predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and KPI reporting for supply planning, and logistics teams. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across supply chain analytics tools. • Foster the adoption of As-common-as-possible (ACAP) solutions and the decommissioning of local applications (ADAN). • Lead testing, user acceptance, and deployment efforts for new systems and enhancements. • Work closely with external vendors, software providers, and IT partners. • Manage IT budgets, project timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction. **The experience we're looking for** • This opportunity requires you to create something new, not to upgrade or transform something existing. No one will tell you how to do it, so you will bring vision and thought leadership, while being pragmatic in the implementation. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability. • You are collaborative and build bridges internally and externally. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. • Strong expertise in ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA), planning systems (e.g. Kinaxis, SAP IBP), financial planning, supply chain forecasting and operation reporting (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud and Anaplan). • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling tools. • Hands-on experience in system implementations, integrations, and process automation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
